Serpent-Peste is a solo side-project from french photographer/videographer William Lacalmontie. Also active in Ovtrenoir (Consouling Sounds) and Throane (Debemur Morti), he started to explore semi-modular/analog synth and making ambient music in late 2020.

Serpent-Peste would oddly translate as Snake-Brat. It is about small modules and tabletop synths, distorted textures and drones, sci-fi landscapes and grey seashores, only driven by the need of being more spontaneous, try new gear and new ways of making music.
